Finally the long awaited suspense is nearing its end. The search giant Google has filed for a intent-to-use trademark application on December 10th for its upcoming Android 2.1 Google Mobile Phone - The Nexus One. Google (GOOG) has registered the trademark with uspto which could means that Google will have to use the trademark commercially to be granted the trademark. Further, it is likely that Google might use this trademark for its New Unlocked GSM Mobile Phone - Android Developer Phone. which is more likely from the T-Mobile 3G theory.
The blogosphere is full of articles which say that Google Phone will launch on January 5th 2010 and Google not HTC will design and market the phone. But we cant be sure untill Google puts something official about it.
